Musa Bility, president and CEO of SRIMEX and President of the Liberia Football Association (LFA) was Thursday dragged before the Tax Court for defrauding government of over U$360,000 in tax evasion.
State prosecutors told the Tax Court that evidence adduced against Mr. Bility was overwhelming to prosecute him for the crime.
The Tax Court was establishing during President Sirleaf’s first term to prosecute individuals and institutions for defrauding government of needed taxes.
This is the second time Mr. Bility has appeared before the tax for similar crime.
